Master Cam Programmer

Expectations:
- Utilize the software to optimize production and accuracy
- Troubleshoot programs including speeds, feeds and tooling
- Verify and document in process work orders
- ensure quality product by using necessary measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, and layout equipment
- Troubleshoot setups and fixturing used on machinery
- meet production deadlines by following manufacturing schedule and procedures

Requirements/ Qualifications:
- High School graduate with Associate Degree
- Mastercam, NX or Solidworks experience to create and modify 3, 5, and 6 axis CNC milling machines
- 3-4+ years' experience with CNC and CAM programming software
- knowledge to design tooling, fixtures, molds and custom machining
- Advanced written and oral communication skills
- Blueprint Reading and GD&T is a must
- Good organizational skills
